The Opportunity

RB DesignTech, an innovation and technology solutions company headquartered in Irvine, CA, is opening a limited number of Independent Sales Partner seats for closers who want to build their own business without any overhead. You bring the relationships; we bring the technology solutions. You get a revenue share that keeps paying every month a client stays — not just the month they sign.

You'll be selling two complementary offerings:

• Services & Solutions: Enterprise AI agents and automation, robotics and IoT, real-world asset tokenization, and end-to-end product engineering. Engagements run five to seven figures, serving Fortune 500 clients and SMBs.
• B2B SaaS Portfolio: Vertical software products built on the same stack, including 1QRx, the AI operating system for compounding pharmacies. Subscription revenue with shorter cycles and commissions that recur for the life of the account.

Lead with whichever fits your network. Most partners end up carrying both.

Compensation

No base salary. No cap. No territory you can be squeezed out of. Two structures, depending on what you close:

• Services and solutions: A share of collected revenue on a tiered scale that rises with your volume. Tiers apply retroactively within the year — reach a new tier and it lifts everything you've booked in that period. Accounts you originate keep paying you on renewals and expansions.
• SaaS subscriptions: An activation bonus when the account goes live, plus a percentage of subscription revenue every month it stays subscribed, for the life of the account. That percentage steps up once you're carrying a meaningful revenues.

Uncapped in both cases, paid on collected revenue, with no clawback games. A book of live subscription accounts pays you every month whether or not you closed anything that month — the difference between a commission cheque and a revenue generating asset. Exact percentages, tier thresholds, and payout timing are shared on your call with the team.

• Demonstrated closing history in enterprise B2B technology or related sectors
• A network you can activate in the first 90 days
• US-based, comfortable working with AI tools
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• No license, no fees, no inventory required

This role is not for you if you need a base to feel secure or are waiting on marketing to fill your pipeline. Be clear-eyed: no base, no company benefits, 15.3% self-employment tax, quarterly estimated payments, and a real ramp before residuals get meaningful.
